Ridge Vineyards produced their first-ever vintage of Monte Bello in 1962. Since then, they have focused their winemaking efforts on single-vineyard bottlings, ever on the hunt for the perfect property: one where climate, soil, and variety are ideally matched.
Decades into their effort they are one of the most highly regarded brands in California and are the largest farmer of organically certified grapes in both Sonoma county and the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA.

Founded in 2003 by Allen Shoup, Long Shadows is a winery made of nine highly acclaimed winemakers. Boedecker Cellars is owned and operated by Stewart Boedecker and Athena Pappas. While falling in love with each other, they also fell in love with the elegant, nuanced Pinot noirs being made in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. They married and started Boedecker Cellars in 2003, crafting their first vintages in Carlton, Oregon where they met the one and only Gwen Goodrich.
Now located in a refurbished warehouse in Northwest Portland, Boedecker Cellars offers a unique tasting experience blocks from one of Portland’s most bustling neighborhoods and shopping destinations. We can’t wait to host them at The Cove!
